The people eran extremely high salaries in some countries, many people think it is good for countries growth. On the other hand, some people want the government should control salaries, high salary go up the yearly budget which not good for country growth. On my opinion,the people high income for good performance.
In developed state, the workers have excellent pay . For example ,the software engineer has good pay, then the software engineer work over time in office.It is good for country and company , both go up . There are many time wages motivate the people for batter performance. salary is strong point for works who work in developed country. That way the people eran high salaries.
On the other hand that is developing state, the work have not excellent wages. The peoples have not good income, the people want to move developed state. For example, doctor work in developing country. They have not good income, it is possible he is not performa good. But , developing countries not afford good wages. If developing country pay good wages, the country yearly budget go up which not good for country growth.
The high salaries depaned on country condition. In developed country many people eran hight salaries, it is good for growth.On the other side, in developing country number of people eran high salary ,most of people work on low salary. Developing countries not afford excellent wages.It is not good for yearly budgut.On my opinion, good wages are motivate for batter performance that is not for developing or developed countries
