Band 5+: In some countries, an average employee is legally obliged to retire at the age of, say 55 or 60, while in others, like Japan, people can work until they are physically and mentally fit to perform duties. What is the system prevailing in your country? Until what age should people be allowed to continue in salaried jobs?

In more recent decades, different nations have different policies regarding job age, such as Japanese people can do work until they physically and psychologically strong. Job age limitation has become a controversial issue. However, this essay shows that what scheme prevailing in my country, which name Bangladesh.

Honestly speaking, my country people must need to retire from the job between 55-60 years. There are many reasons responsible for this system. Perhaps the primary reason is that Bangladeshi people can not do the work properly after 55 years because they lost their good brain aptitude slowly. For instance, I saw a Bangladeshi popular news paper, where wrote that Bangladeshi people feel anxiety for their works when their age over 55.

Another reason is that the policy of job because people must obliged due to follow the job policy here. Despite of some people have energy for doing the job but they compelled to retire from the job due to policy. A good illustration of this is our running government revealed a policy about of job age where clearly said that people have to retire from the job if their age crossed over 60 and they can do the job between 25 to 60 years.

People should do the job from 21 age to 50. During this year people can live the world lively. After 21 and over 50 ages people have no ability to do the work flawlessly. If people do not retire after 50 year, young job seekers will feel frustration.

To sum up, job age polices are essential for all countries. Bangladeshi job holders do the job from 25 to under 60 ages. There are two main reasons here namely : over age and job policy.
