Aging is a natural process . Everyone in this worlds ages , but that doesn’t necessarily mean it inhibits your ability to work . In many countries a person can take legal action against company if they have been discriminated based on their age . I see this as a positive development towards change .

Aging comes many advantages one of them is experience . An older person has gained immense knowledge and experience . He failed multiple times , but this failure are what he has to show offer . They offer advice regarding the decision the company takes .Since aged personnel are veterans in their field they provide a solution which even an expert would have missed . Speaking from experience , My manager told me that my sales are struggling and I am not able to meeting the set target. Then one of my colleague who was much senior to me give some tips which helped me attain the target with ease .

Another virtue they posses is patience . A veteran has tolerance and patience when dealing with anyone . This proves beneficial for companies when dealing with difficult clients . While aging does comes with advantage , it has certainly has few disadvantage . For example if the job is physically more demanding it requires more younger employs . Older employs are not physically active and cannot handle the stress from the job

To conclude , it is a positive development that many countries have deemed it illegal to reject someone’s job application based on his or her age .
