Nowadays, developments in the field of tourism have made it possible for people to travel to remote places, even to impossible ones. Several parts of the public consider that the advantages outweigh the advantages while others do not agree. This essay will discuss both views, and tell whether the advantages will outweigh the disadvantages.
As we all know, tourism has already become one of the most crucial part of economics. Moreover, advancements have created a lot of opportunities, and enabled people to visit even for distant areas which was impossible then. Also today, a lot of people are benefiting from it. For instance, there are tour services that sell those kinds of tours, and there are people who have relatives in the places that are quite hard to reach. Because of that kind of opportunities, tour services are able to earn money, also people are able to visit their relatives and be happy. Moreover, no matter how much the tour costs, people are ready to purchase it, because they care about their close people, not money. As a consequence, tourism generates various opportunities which helps people in different fields.
On the other hand, nature is being destroyed by millions of tourists. If the people reach at far places, they will be polluted too. Because we all know, some tourists do not care about nature. For example, if that place becomes viral among visitors, millions of travelers will go there, and not only nature, but also air will be polluted. While we cannot deal with other environmental problems, we do not need another new issue. Furthermore, other types of problems can be solved, but not environmental problems.
In conclusion, its advantages outweigh the disadvantages. I believe that its disadvantages can be changed into advantages if there are made efforts on it.
