Nowadays people tend to hire professional trainers for fitness rather than exercising alone. Though some people think that hiring professionals is unnecessary and consider it as waste of money, I think that it is a positive trend since it makes people follow proper forms of exercises in a consistant manner. In this essay I am going present the rationals behind my argument along with relevant examples.
Doing exercises under a professional trainers has many advantages. Firstly, professional trainers have expertise and knowledge regarding exercises. They know which person needs which forms of exercises to solve their issues. Sometimes individuals do exercises without knowing exact body posters, which may cause fractures, even break their bones. Moreover, different individuals need different form of exercises, for example, the athlets may require extrmem forms of exercises, whereas diabete people need simple forms of exercises. Even forms of exercises vary with gender and age groups. Since professional trainers have practical and professional skills, their guidence can help individuals accurately.
On the other hand, since professional trainers charge money, some people believe that assigning trainers brings unnecessary financial burden. In addition, people think that doing exercises at home is convenient and flexible. They can do exercises at any time which easily fits into their daily routines. However, this flexibilty makes them become irregular. They think they can do workout at anytime, but at the end of the day they do not perform any exercises due to laziness and lack of monitoring. But when they hire trainers, they feel more responsible and more motivated to do exercises regularly.
To conclude, I would like to restate my original view that the trend of hiring professional trainers instead of exercising alone is a positive development. By hiring them, individuals become more responsible and consistent with their exercises at the same time get proper advice to perform more useful and appropriate forms of workouts.
