Having a house on your own property has become increasingly crucial compared to renting.
It is believed that it can be caused by the wish of constancy and tendency to rational distribution of funds. I consider that living in your house is mostly a positive development.
To begin with, people tend to own property due to being independent and not wasting their earned money. Society suffers from the policy of the owner of apartments/houses, where you must follow the set up rules, which might be unsuitable for you. Consequently, it inclines you to consider the choice of purchasing your own residential area, where you may repair,decorate it and get animals for your pleasure without a request for it. Moreover, people would not like to spend money on a junk house when they have the opportunity to invest in their own home rather than giving money to a landlord. Therefore, the reason why people prefer to own a home rather than live in a place other than their own is convenience.
In my opinion, buying a house is a great perspective for safety.It can be extremely impossible to live in a small renting area for a future family that extends over the years.For instance, half of the Kazakh population ( young families) have their own places for living, most of them might bought in a mortgage, when they are not available to deposit all of the money. Moreover, there might be a probability that one day you go bankrupt and lose all of your funds, you should have a place where you can stay, feel safe and not find yourself on the street. That’s why the preference of not renting a home is popular.
In conclusion, it is argued that owning a house is significantly more important than renting. And as providing my own opinion that it’s an exceptional trend that brings safety,the main reason why the statement is definite is that people want to achieve independence and rationality.
