In this contemporary era, few individuals recognize that, in many countries, owning personal homes rather than living in temporary rented apartments is essential. I strongly believe that this is a positive phenomenon for several reasons.
There is ample evidence to support the idea that having a personal home is more beneficial than renting. The primary reason is that owning a house provides the freedom to live without financial constraints. To illustrate this point, when we live in our own apartment, there is no need to make monthly payments to a landlord or pay a security deposit. For instance, I remember two years ago when I lived in a hostel. Initially, when I decided to move in, the owner required a security deposit, and I had to remember to pay the hostel fee by the first of each month. As a result, my salary was often paid only after the fifth of the month, which strained my budget.
Another important consideration is that owning a home facilitates a neat and clean environment. In contrast, many people who rent frequently move in and out, leading to a significant negative impact on the condition of the property. The wear and tear on the walls, door knobs, and other features can be considerable. Consequently, this neglect can result in an unhealthy environment.
In conclusion, after analyzing all these aspects, I reiterate that owning personal residences is crucial for living, as it offers numerous positive benefits, including cleanliness and the freedom to live as one wishes.
