In some countries the ownership households’ home become an important matter. Most of them choose to buy a new home, such as an apartment or a detached house, rather than renting one. So, could this situation be positive or negative? People might have several thoughts about this topic.
Nowadays, families and young adults have to decide whether it is better to buy a home or renting one. Most of them prefer the former option, why? First, that house will be yours forever and there is no risk of losing it. On the contrary, if tenants lived in a rental property, they could lose it as a result of a missed monthly payment. Another benefit of renting your apartment is that you can make money from it and when there are no customers, that property is always available for yourself and your children.
On the other hand, it is possible that people don’t have enough money to purchase any residence, consequently they need to look for a house which is less expensive. Therefore, the answer to the initial question may be that only workmen who have a lot of money can buy a house on a wonderful location. Instead, poor men may not have this opportunity and some of these risk living on the roads.
In conclusion, as a human I feel like we need to have a home, and calling it your own habitation can make that more special. Personally, my parents have had our house built some decades ago, so, whatever happens to it, it is only ours and no one else. For this reason, I think that it is a quite positive situation and i hope that all people can afford a residence. In fact, it is expected that by the end of the next few decades, families will have bought new buildings.
