This is because people want to have their own roof over head, and it is one of the crucial reasons. In my point of view, it is a positive situation.
Nowadays, it is getting important to own a living place rather than renting. The main reason is a personal desire. For example, property owning can make you a lot of opportunities, such as being independent. Young couples are leaving their parental houses to make a family freedom. If they choose renting, they will not have this kind of chance. Because most of the rented apartments’ owners usually bother with their daily visits. Secondly, owning a residential area can ve advantage for your future budget. Because the owners can sell the house at a good price, typically higher than they bought.
On the other hand, places of residence sometimes require a lot of household expenses. Monthly cellular service charges can be much more expensive than you think. For instance, any residence owner should pay home ownership fee or land fee. Furthermore, there can also be dangerous consequences if you buy the house without thorough investigation. Sometimes, the building can be illegally constructed, or even it can be on a redeveloping side of the city, which is planned to be demolished.
To sum up, people who prefer owning houses to renting ones are getting more and more. Even though there are some drawbacks, living place owning has more positive aspects.
