Band 4+: In some countries privately owned transport systems have a poor safety record. Yet it is the government who have ultimate responsibility for public safety. How can governments ensure that private transport companies do not neglect safety regulations?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Recent years, the amount of car accidents is growing up. It is because there are many countries where private transport systems have an awful safety. However, only the government has the direct ability to affect on citizens’ safety by ensuring that companies do not neglect this. This essay will discuss about two solutions for this traffic issue.

My personal view is that there are many transport accidents that was caused by a poor rent and service of mechanisms. It is certainly true that concurrently, not only a public transport, also a large numbers of private cars, buses, planes and helicopters was made quick and dirty in some organizations. Because a broken tools can increase a chance of road accident and unwanted crash. For instance, in 2024 years there was an aircraft. In fact, an Airastana’s plane with the way from Astana to Almaty was destroyed, due to an inconvenient service. It is run of the mill situations there, and people wasn’t surprised. It goes without saying that governments ought to require a an appropriate and conscientious care from vehicle organizations.

One solution that can be put forward is remove a corruption. Corruption is one of the most popular problems, especially in Kazakhstan. In my eyes, the majority of these inappropriate actions come from car accidents and traffic. Hence, the government should be more scrupulous when it connects to employ a police or to fire the accused person. Rising fines, making the punishment worse and being thoughtful with choosing employers would possibly have a positive affects on our safety.

In summary, I would like to say that the government has a lot opportunity to affect on our safety. Nevertheless, solution of right service for vehicles could possibly make the situation better.
