Nowadays, job vacancies in police department are increasing all around the world. In this essay, I am going to describe the reasons behind this and how the effect reflects on the society.
In the first place, payment, the salary for the police man was not enough comparing with other job. Before a decade the groceries and other equipment are very cheaper compare to now. For instance, the IT professionals are getting high pay with lot of safety, but police service are not be safer always and they have to spend their time in roads to keep the city safe. So, to solve the decline in police department the salary should be raised and to ensure safety for them, providing latest gadgets to handle crime situations.
Secondly, when there is lack age in police man the crime rate will automatically increase and there will be no safety for the human being, this will be the major problem when the police officers in active service are decreased. Moreover, the public itself do not follow the rules and regulation and this may lead to a major accident. For instance, the patrol did not work then the public will do speeding, does not obey the traffic signals and it goes further. Consequently, the police officers are very necessary to the world to keep the global clean and organized.
In my opinion, the active police service should be raised and the government has to increase the fund to the police officers and have to ensure sufficient safety.
Summarize, to add an enormous number of police, the finance for the police and the safety should be enlarged and upgraded to high enough.
