Today’s generation is moving towards dangerous part; where, every citizen is required to have a safety but in some countries the number of police officers in active service are declining. Personally, I am of the opinion that, the number of police officer are decreasing due to the lack of motivation.
Firstly, people are not interested to sacrifice their life on being a police because of the lack of awareness program related to this occupation. Apart from that, small number of public server can also be due to the low salary given to the office or which makes them demotivated to serve. Thirdly, lack of education can also be the major problem of this situation so, more and more education should be provided to the people living in society or community which also include the advantages of being a police officer.
This cause is generally considered to be great risks to the society. The citizens living in a society or community are seeking for the safety which can only be provided from a police officers. Due to the lack of those people, living in a society can be a great challenges in their lifestyle; as a result, their might be a protest against government; moreover, by this kind of situation a country cannot prosper and the production can also be low whereas the country can be lead to underdeveloped path.
To conclude, the government should provide a bigger range of facilities related to the field of police officer and give them required training. Many educational programs should also be conduct for the betterment and the safety of the people living in a society.
