Today, in our world it is such a large problem that people with special needs do not lack the essentials for a comfortable and fulfilling life and, that is why they feel distant.
Firstly, the problem is that, for example, in our society differently-abled individuals are considered special and citizens look askance at them. To illustrate, I have a friend and her brother who have some particular needs. It is so hard to find a specialist who knows his field of activity. How we can fix this, everyone does not know, however, it is possible to make some steps which can make his duration more straightforward, convenient and delightful. In a shopping mall make stairs on which they can climb up, also make a bus and a space where they can thrive without undue obstacles.
Secondally, the major issue compared to some others is employment opportunities. High unemployment rates due to bias or inaccessible abilities, limited job opportunities tailored to diverse abilities. In my opinion the best solution is to encourage businesses to hire people with special needs through incentives, in addition create accessible workspaces and offer skill-building programs. As illustrated by our contribution in supermarkets named “silpo” are places to work and benefits for them. It is a little step for our future and I hope that in the modern lifestyle everybody can search some place for people with individual needs.
In conclusion, it is significant trouble and this must be addressed immediately because all persons deserve to live their lives as they want and not wait until the universe changes its attitude towards them.
