Nowadays, the culture of remote working has been permitted by the majority of the companies; therefore, remote working is an inevitable part of our life. Notwithstanding some of disadvantages, we can’t ignore positive sides of remote working.
First of all, while working on network it is possible for an employee to access software which contains viruses. It means online working may decline the quality of safety of the company. In addition, having communication with co-workers is hampered when employees of teamwork are from different locations. On the other hand, remote working is a difficult issue for the personnel who has an extrovert personality.
On the other hand, despite these difficulties, it is truly beneficial for the growth of the company. First of all, it provides a good job-life balance. Remote working saves the time for workers to have quality time with their family and friends. The most important thing is employees don’t need to concern about rush-hour traffic which makes them anxious or exhausted. When a task needs urgent update, workers feel comfortable and relaxed, as they work online and the computer is at their fingertips.
In addition, working from home a big reward for people who are introvert and not into sharing information face-to-face with co-workers, as all the meetings are online and employees mostly send e-mails or messages about new information.
In counclusion, hybrid work can be boon for both the company and employee, yet it could be disadvantage when freedom is misused. The staff of the company must have self control and discipline in order to get profit.
