In coming days, people will stop purchasing newspapers or other printed materials such as books because all such resources will be available on the internet at no cost.

I do have the same opinion about this view for several plausible reasons. First of all, internet is almost and readily available to the public in their cellphones, laptops, and computers, not only in homes but also at offices and even while travelling. Moreover, all the data such as books, news articles, blogs, stories, history, and everything of these sorts is accessible on websites, social media, and other search engines. So, it is very convenient for people to study online without any charges. Therefore, people will prefer studying online then visiting libraries are going to stores for printed stuff.

In addition, our societies are very concerned about climate change due to deforestation. As we all know, for publishing books, newspapers, and other reading materials a lot of trees are sacrificed. This phenomenon is resulting in higher environmental temperature which is negative impacting not only humans but also other species of both animals and plants. For this reason also we are drawn more to paperless culture and are giving up the use of printed stuff. According to a recent survey conducted in Pakistan, it is estimated that use of books will be reduced up to 65% in 2030.

In conclusion, it seems obvious that books and relevant material in paper format will completely be out of fashion soon. However, we should do efforts to save already published books for cultural as well as for historical aspects. We should not let our heritage wasted due to the rapid advancements in information technology.
