Nowadays most of the organizations are exploring the automation process to maximize the profit. Preferring the robots for their day to day work rather than employees. In my opinion, jobs done by the robots will have more benefits than drawbacks, we will discuss further in this essay.
One of the principal measure to adapt robots to carry variety of task because it will enhance the efficiency through automation process. Most of the organizations will use robots to enhance their daily duties such as packaging & productions. Which will further increase the industry output with minimum human resources. The daily industry work is carried through robots will result to maximize the company profit with limited number of workers.
On other hand, assigning the daily work to robots instead of hiring the employees will have drawbacks such as unemployment. Companies will hire minimum employees because the almost all work will be carried by the robots. Most of the skilled work force will loss the jobs, which causes the more unemployment. Robots are highly dependent on the electricity service, which will impact the ongoing emergency work; the power outrage will affect the industry production even sometime causes the complete shutdown of operations.
To conclude, although using the robots in daily job duties will cause more unemployment, however it has many benefits for the industry and organizations for the products, efficiency, affordability and by maximizing the profit with minimum work force. Therefore, robots will always help to improve the industry output and more advantages than disadvantages.
