In the modern world, technology has revolutionized communication, making it faster and easier. It connects people globally and facilitates real-time interactions. It has also become a fundamental component of work, and its use can be easily seen in almost every home around the world. Undoubtedly, using technological devices and developments to work from home have a lot of advantages such as easy access to connections over long distances and portability, but they also have few disadvantages like impairing productivity and focus. This essay will discuss both aspects.

On the one hand, working from home provide more personal space and freedom. Without the obligation of travelling to an office every day and maintain dress code, the working from home is starting to become more popular among workers. Furthermore, many jobs such as IT, graph designer, bookkeeper, and logo designer have enabled people to work regardless of location and give opportunities to become freelance. Although, this is the best way to work for introverts because they do not have to interact with people in real life.

On the other hand, using technologies to work from home have a negative consequences related to physical health. This can lead to several health problems like deterioration of vision and poor posture. Moreover, utilising of technological devices can impair discipline and concentration. This negative impacts can lead to decreased efficiency.

To conclude, despite of the few negative consequences, utilising of computers, smartphones and other devices are the most convenient way to work from home and earn money. More and more people are choosing this option instead of travelling to their place of work.
