On the one hand, working at big businesses can offer two drawbacks. The first limit of working at these companies is that it is less stable. This is because heading corporations often creates a high competitive environment and requires their staff to have excellent competence. If workers cannot meet all the task’s requirements anymore more, they can easily be dismissed from these firms. They can even fight each other to preserve their job’s positions and have more chance to advance their career. Another disadvantage disadvantage of working for large companies is that workers may be under great pressure. An explanation for this is having to complete lots of tasks within tight deadlines forces them to work overtime regularly. As a result, they will lose their work-life balance and then may affect their mental health issues such as burnout or depression.

On the other hand, there are three strengths of working at heading corporations. Firstly, staff may have a higher income. To explain, these businesses often have strong financial resources and employers are willing to offer high salaries to attract experienced and hard-working employees. Secondly, big organizations tend to bring a wide range of other additional benefits. For example, most major companies organize summer trips for their staff to unwind and create intimate connections among members in the firm. Finally, workers themselves are able to enhance their personal development. By working for professional and reputation corporations, they allow learning learning some excellent skills and establish meaningful relationships from these firms.

In conclusion, although employing at big organizations can sometimes be stressful, I believe working for these companies offers greater benefits. To obtain great jobs in large industries, it is recommended that employees learn to accumulate the latest knowledge and useful related skills.
