While modern technology has positive impacts on the quality of photos, I believe that this is a negative development for several reasons that I will mention in this essay.
The primary reason that influences technological advancements in photos as a negative development is that some people can use them as a way to trick other people, leading to improvements in criminal behaviour. Take celebrities whose photos’ personal lives are accessible among all people, for example; their personal pictures can be used as a means of abuse?, such as showing them naked, which can adversely affect their lives. On the other hand, due to Photoshop, they can use it to receive money from celebrities, leading to increased stress in their lives.
Moreover, in some cases, technological advances have the potential to bring positive effects as they can help employers expand their businesses. In other words, there are some careers that use photography to advertise their products to customers. High-tech cameras will show their products with high quality, leading to depicting? their products as more attractive, attracting more customers, and boosting their economy. However, some companies can abuse this technology and introduce fake goods as ones that are of high quality and trick their customers, leading to spending their money like water.
In conclusion, although technology can bring
some benefits to certain businesses such as enhancing their economy, I firmly believe that using modern technology in photography is a negative development because it has the potential to increase criminal activities, such as abusing people’s personal pictures and tricking? customers by exchanging real photos.
