It is a fact today that although machines become an inevitable part of our life, it has some benefits, but it is not free from problems. While there is clearly a drawback to this, I personally believe that, the benefits are more significant.
On the one hand, one evident advantage of machines are , the work is very accurate and precise. In other words ,even though people are skilled and trained, they have some limitations in doing particularjobs, which could effect the accuracy and efficiency of the output. For instance, during an abdominal surgery, a laparoscope is introduced into the abdomen, to visualize the abdominal organs, through a small key hole, rather than a big incision that had been before for the proper diagnosis.
In addition to that, large scale production in goods can be enabled by the usage of machines. This is because, gigantic machines can manufacture goods items rapidly, which will not differ from the standard recommended quality. Moreover, when production is increased, it will reflect the growth and economy of the company and society. For example, agricultural sector depend on machines for harvesting crops, this could improve the quality and production of crops, where areas, man has to work hard for the profits which can cause health problems.
On the other hand, it is difficult to ignore the disadvantages of introdution of machines in the industries. One obvious drawback is unemployment, as machines were introduced,humans were replaced,and majority of works were done by the machines.Moreover,all the sectors depend on machines,hence large propotion of people have lost their jobs,which inturn causes finacial crisis for the family.For instance, nowadays heavy machines are used for lifting and loading the heavy goods especially in shipyards and airports,so that, authorities cut short the employes.
Thus to conclude,machines play a vital role in this fast era,unemployment is one disadvantage of machines ;however, it has notable benefits such as rapid production and meticulous and the accaracy of the machines.Therefore, the advantage of machines are of greater significance to outweigh the disadvantages
