I strongly agree to this as it would encourage the usage of public transportation more as well as will benefit the environment. Along with that, introducing more electric vehicles can be another to solve the issue.
An increase in the use of public transportation such as trains and busses will promote a decrease in private vehicles on road which people often use to commute to work. Additionally, this will add less traffic congestion especially during the peak working hours that is in the morning therefore saving time for both students going to school and people going to work. This will also reduce green house gas emissions as less fuel will be consumed or burnt promoting cleaner air and helping the environment.
The introduction of electric vehicles can be another way to curb this issue. Electric vehicles use renewable energy sources such as solar and is battery operated therefore is considered to be eco-friendly and cost-efficient. The consumption of petrol is increasing nowadays which suggests it will soon be depleted thus showing increase in price. For instance the new vehicle Tesla was introduced in China is now becoming popular in other countries as well.
