To begin with,traveling around the world is not becoming expensive, and countries are paving the way to hordes of tourists. This essay will analyze both advantageous and disadventageous points with clear explanations and relevant examples.
On the one hand, Nowadays people prefer to spend their spare time enjoining some places such as foreign countries, beaches and historical areas. As a result, this allows host countries some financial benefits for their economic development. Furthermore, tourism can create some opportunities for local people, including reducing unemployment and creating jobs in various sectors. For instance, according to the latest news in Uzbekistan, the position of unemployment among adults has decreased sharply compared to results of the last year.
On the other hand, although tourism has some positive aspects, there are also some drawbacks to the environment. Firstly, humans have suffered from air pollution due to a mass demand for transportation. Secondly, most parts of greenlands have transformed to accommodations for tourists. As a consequence, these show that our environment is the verge of destruction. For example, according to statistics in Cambridge University, having altered greenlands for tourism places, increased higher than last years.
In conclusion, although there are some disadvantages, Merit outweighs the downside. I believe that developing tourism can bring huge opportunities for the government while it has some negatives for the environment.
