Some people argue that it is pointless to worry about the extinction of any species. Personally , I completely disagree with this point of view.
On the one hand, some people argue that it is absurd to be concerned about the extinction of any species. It would be wrong to intervene in the disappearance of any animals because it is a natural process. Indeed, rescuing an animal whose lifespan is limited is unreasonable and really expensive. Additionally, the extinction of one animal will create opportunities for other species to develop and evolve. If a predator dies, many other animals can survive. Moreover, in natural habitats ,there are many animals that pose a threat to humans such as tigers and lions. It is harmful for humans to exist side by side with them.
On the other hand, in my opinion, each person’s contribution plays a vital role in saving endangered species for any reason.Thousands of animals are on the verge of extinction due to human activities. Because human beings implemented the industrial revolution, the wildlife habitat of animals was lost. So that many species don’t have a place to ensure their survival. For example,in order to build facilities, skyscrapers and create places that meet people’s needs, forests were destroyed. The consequence of this is wild animals lose their natural habitats .In addition, by preserving wild animals and their habitats, people maintain the natural balance of all life on Earth. If a species suddenly disappeared, the human food chains would be influenced. More and more animals become extinct, humans will fall into a state of starvation. Therefore, by participating in the saving animals programs, they can help conserve the planet for future genarations.
In conclusion, we have no right to decide whether or not animals should exist, but I believe that we should do everything we can to protect them.
