Media has a great impact on our lives. It has become a part of our life and it is non-replacable by any other means. Media does provide a certain amount of information but, on the other hand, it also has some disadvantages.

Media can be a mode of communication which people can use with minimum effort. It is also an essential source of information. For example, news coverage on various platforms provides with the latest and accurate informings of various events. It can also be a source of entertainment through various visual creations such as films, dramas etc. Media coverage is also done through various magazines and news papers.

Media also has some disadvantages. Among them, mostly the negative effect is on the children who are exposed to media’s unprotected content. Another drawback is the false news coverage on television and newspapers. People mostly rely on media for news and so false news may make people think on a directionless pathway.

In conclude, I would say that media has many advantages in our life and has become a part of everyday routine. But, the negative aspects of media could cause a severe effect on the audience. Though, media cannot be left but minimizing its use will prove beneficial.
