The contemporary milieu witnesses an elevated significance regarding the role of trailblazers in contributing to success of distinctive realms. It is, hence, advanced that women possess superior leadership capability in professional environments compared to their male counterparts. This essay strenuously disagrees with the aforementioned notion, with its central thesis anchored in men’s ability to wholeheartedly devote to workplace duties, coupled with their inherently privileged physical traits.
The initial rationale underpinning my justification anchors in men’s superior capacity for full professional dedication. To commence with, diametrically opposed to the majority of women, who frequently assume a disproportionate share of time-intensive, family-related responsibilities, be it maternity leave or child-rearing responsibilities, which can be perceived as substantial hindrance to effective leadership continuity, men are largely exempt from such obligations, thereafter being granted with a superior capability to consistently fulfill professional duties, which can be deemed critically essential for positions of trailblazers, who inherently have to be involved in consistent oversight or long-term managerial engagement and supervision.
Further support for this viewpoint lies in certain inherent physical and behavioral traits observed in men that declare a supremacy over female individuals in leading others. In other words, men often possess a deeper vocal tone and a more commanding physical presence, coupled with a more assertive, forceful directing style, which, in professional settings, are subconsciously associated with greater authority and confidence. Such characteristics, in turn, can help male leaders exert a more substantial influence and control compared to women’s graceful and gentle style, thereby declaring their natural advantage over women in assuming and maintaining leadership positions, especially in competitive or high-pressure environments of the contemporary time.
