It is often argued that workers with fixed-schedule are more favorable than having a flexible one. This essay will discuss whether fixed-schedule workers tend to have more advantages than tentative ones.
It is undeniable that working with a schedule has its own benefits. This is because usually, people feel more comfortable with their own habits. With those routines, an individual can set their agenda regarding their own activities. For example, office workers that need to work nine to five and five days a week, tend to have better control for their next activities because they can fixate on their other activities such as doing some workouts, to their schedule.
On the other hand, tentative schedule workers usually have more flexibility when it comes to daily activities. This is because while fixed-schedule employees have to work based on the time that has been agreed on, flexible-schedule workers can control their daily routines according to their own will. For instance, a working mother can pick up their children at 10 am compared to normal workers who could never do that because they need to attend nine to five as normal workers.
In conclusion, I disagree to some extent that fixed-schedule workers are better because while normal workers need to follow the working time agreed on, flexible-schedule workers are capable of adjusting their work according to their schedule so they can fit more stuff into their agenda. However, flexible-schedule workers need to learn more about time management so they can maximize their work while doing other activities.
