Band 4+: It is better for people to have a fixed work schedule than to have a flexible one. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Finding a right balance is hard nowadays. Poeple having a full fledged schedule are more happy than having a flexible one. The following paragraphs will exaggerate the propitious aspects of the aforementioned topic and lead to a plausible conclusion.

To commence with, there are myraid of arguments that supports that fixed work schedule is more favourable. Working a as full-time employee you know what hours you are working and gives you more room to plan vacations, doctors appoitments and so on accordingly. When you work on regular hours the pay check you expect after every pay cycle is completed is almost the same which allows to manage expenses properly.

However, on the other hand when you have a flexible one you have to work like you are on call for whole week. The employer can call you anytime whether its evening, mornings or night. This doesnot let you plan ahead of time which in turn can leads to cancellation of other unavoidable meet-ups or events. For instance statistics shows that four out of ten of the population working casually are more prone to stress, anxiety and other health issues.

To encapsulate that after having a great deal of thoughts and deliberation with myself, I believe fixed work schedule give more peace and happiness than the flexible one.
