In this era, finding a job is challenging because for some companies, they need a people that has a lot of experience and skills. However, for some people especially freshgraduate it is really challenging. That is the reason, people apply randomly job and get a job that they do not like it. The positif of working in a job that they do not enjoy, they get an income. However, they will stress because they lack experience and skill there. For instance, individual that graduate from Engineering faculty work in marketing. At the first time, they do not understand anything because the field is very different. They should to push themselves to understand and learn a new skill. However, there are a lot of people can adapt well in the job that they do not like it because of they need an income. In this era, everything is expenses such as education, food, and anything.
Being unemployed can cause financial difficulties. The highest of living expenses, food, and house can make people stress. Taking a temporary job can reduce the stress. Being unemployee can make productivity decrease because they overthink about anything but do not want to learn a new skill. However, if people want to change the job.
