There are many reasons why people choose to be employed than to be a businessman. I believe that money is the first, fundamental and important consideration when people planning for their career pathway.
For a freshgraduate student, they are fresh stepping into their workforce or profession. Without a wealthy family background, a newbie in workplace dont have a huge monetary support to start their own business, which resulting them to choose to be an employee. The another motivation that letting them to stay in the workforce is to earn their first income and fund. In order to fulfill their dream in purchaing their first house and car, they require a large amount of money and savings. As we know, the downpayment for those property is not really affordable for a low to normal income family.
When we grew up, as an adult, we have our commitments and responsibilities to ourselves and our family. We have to make sure that we have a stable salary income for monthly expenses such as housing rental, insurance , electrical and other living fees. Any risk of lower or no income in every single month might lead to suffering of life and eventually poverty. As a parent or caregivers, they have their roles in providing a better life for their kids. Parent are working hard to fully support their child in monetary, physically or even psycologically.
As a result, people have distinct views, opinions and reasons in choosing their career route either under employed or own business. I strongly believe that money is the largest factor in motivating people to work,
