Some people have a thought about friends made in social nets can not be real friends. Honestly, I support their point of view. I am going to write my own opinion about the statement and give reasons why I think in this way.
Firstly, it is a very complicated task to find a friend who is trust-worthy enough in the real world. Meaningfully, most of the youngsters prefer to make acquaintances in the digital world due to the period they were being brought up, which makes confusion between real and digital world.Because of this, adolescents are being moved, which harms their mental health deeply to shock. Also, there is no difficulty to hide a person’s true identity. So, almost everyone is able to lie about themselves, which causes a big question about the trustworthiness of social media friends.
Furthermore, concealing true identity is not the only reason why I am against making friends on the internet. There is no doubt that it is impossible to avoid influence of social nets to a personal life, while every person is covered by it.As I mentioned about the trustworthiness of online acquaintances, it is not possible to believe in a person whom you have never met. Meanwhile, it is better and easier to communicate with real ones which helps to improve communication skills.
A few weeks ago, I have read an article about searchings on making friends. There were written that 83 percent of people who first found real friends became close ones with them. However, just 15 percent of people who had pen friends found out trustworthy ones.
In conclusion, what I wanted to define is that people must try to be sociable and make real friends instead of social media ones. It is crucial to have friends who are able to help in any situation in the real world.
