Some people believe that job satisfaction is more important than job security. I consider that is true,when you satisfied enough about your occupation ,it is easier to become better employee than you are. Certainly, job security is a valuable requirement , professional development and career progression more important thought.
Firstly, job satisfaction become after prestigious salary. Efforts have to be rewarded. As far as I understand , job security – it is a confidence of getting expected amount of money after completed tasks. Sure, it is kind of satisfaction too, but for me that sound monotonous ,boring, and not flexible. But you can get more money when you beyond the limits and trying to reach your own satisfaction: own business, career progression opportunities ets. When we love what we do, we work more efficiently, creatively, and with greater enthusiasm. This often opens up new career opportunities – even better than a “stable” position.
Secondly, psychological well-being. If work is enjoyable, a person feels happier, less exhausted, and more motivated to develop. Even a high salary or stability does not compensate for emotional burnout. Stability may bring peace of mind, but it doesn’t necessarily bring happiness. A person who feels meaning and satisfaction in their work has a more harmonious life and fewer regrets about their career choice.
Therefore , job satisfaction is more important than job stability because it directly affects a person’s motivation to growth and reach better life. Enjoyment about working environment lead to success.
