In the beginning, while learning and being aware of your mother tongue is paramount in order to know your roots, learning different languages is useful too. Foreign languages especially English are the only mean of communication among different people. Thus, learning children more than one language is an urgent must.
To embark on, foreign languages have been used more than our mother tongue so, parents should pay more attention to make sure that their children are learning more than one language. In other words, dealing with people who have different backgrounds requires to be aware of their language and their culture. For instance, Egypt has many monuments and historical places like pyramids. Many souvenir’s sellers have to talk to tourists in their languages to sell them a souvenir. Sellers are aware of multiple languages like Italian, English, Chinees and German. Therefore, communication with others is important because no one can live alone.
On the one hand, if a student wants to study outside his country, he should be good at English. Because of the importance of English, foreign universities require the student to obtain a high score in the IELTS test to be able to join them. In other words, foreign languages are considered student’s key to study abroad so, many fathers and mothers are careful about teaching their children more than one language in order to be able to travel and study abroad and have a better future. A prominent example, most students in Egypt are keen on having an IELTS test to be able to travel and improve their future. Hence, what can be said is that having a dream is great but you should work hard to achieve it and if you cannot achieve it, then work harder because dreams do not expire.
In conclusion, after I have explained the importance of foreign languages and how they are useful. It can be said that learning another language is paramount fir you and your future.
