As far as I know, the salary of chief executive officers has always almost turned to a controversial issue among pertaining authorities. They assert: whether the earn of administration should be higher than workers? I concent to this idea and I myself am conviction that the payment of managements must be larger than other staff for some reasons elucidated in the following paragraphs.
The first and foremost reason that inspiring me to devote this statement is professional skill, which high officers spend their lifetime for acquiring either experience and individual skill and studying in the educational fields of universities. In addition, they have more knowledge for handling challenging problems. Not only that, they also endeavor for achieving a better post many years undoubtedly. Therefore, today, earning much money is their right, but it is due to the government that consider their efficient and creativity, that can play a pivotal rule for promoting a country.
Moreover, they can be a great role model for young generation owing to the fact that the offspring of technology understand for receiving a better future and gaining a high level of vacancy, they have to strive and continue their education. Which can develop a nation because it can make them very hard-working in their lives definitely and lead them to walk in the right path.
To sum up what has been already discussed, paying more wag to executives, whereas, simple employee not can be unfair. Also, it can be a beneficial point in our societies that motivate other people, but authorities have to investigate a number of major features when they want to pay managements’ salaries. These aspects mentioned in the above.I believe, giving higher salaries to administration is true.
