To survive in foreign land, one has to speak their language which can leads to practical and social challenges. I totally agree with the notation. This change can affects a person mentally and socially. In this essay I’ll state the cause with relevant examples.
To begin with, the major reason of this cause is community change. A person who lived his/her half of the life with some beliefs and same minded people. However, different culture can affect someone personally. One study conducted by P.H.D aspirants in Oxford states, its been observed that majority of people feel most secure and free in their culture compared with others. Because of their comfort zone, these individuals choose not expose to different social group.
In addition, immigrants can loose several opportunities because of their comfort zone. For instance, if the person don’t open-up with any co-worker or teacher then they can miss
great change of new job opening or new scholarship which government offering solely to immigrants. For example, as per survey conducted in 2019 at North Korea, 60% non Korean employees stayed in same organization and not aware of new job offers but locals getting the immense benefits because of their social groups.
Overall, in foreign country language can become hurdle for some outsider who may lead to depression as well as they can be unknown to batter career paths.
