IN THIS FAST MOVING SOCIETY THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS SURVIVAL WHICH IS NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT MONEY ,WHILE SOME PEOPLE BELEIVE THAT GOAL OF ONE’S CARRER SHOULD BE TO PURSUE THE PASSION WHILE SOME GROUP OF PEOPLE THINK CARRER DEVELOPMENT SHOULD BE CONSIDER FOR SURVIVAL. IN MY OPINION THE FORMER VIEW HOLDS THE STRONG POSITION.

TODAY IN ANY KIND OF JOB , THERE ARE PLETHORA OF THINGS WHICH BECOMES FOREMOST BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE IS SATISFACTION. A PERSON WHO LOVES WHAT HE DOES BECOMES THE MOTIVATION AND GUIDING FORCE TO WORK. IN ADDITION THE PERSON CAN WORK WHOLE DAY LONG WITHOUT SEEING THE CLOCK BECAUSE OF THE PASSION HE IS PURSUING WHILE WORKING. NOT ONLY THE PERSON WILL LOVE TO WORK WITHOUT GETTING TIRED OR BORED BUT ALSO IT WIIL HELP HIM TO GROW IN EVERY ASPECTS OF LIFE LEARNING NEW SKILLS. THE HUNGER TO LEARN IS ALSO IMPORTANT THAN JUST TO EARN SOME MONEY FOR LIVELIHOOD.

ON THE OTHER HAND A PERSON FOCUSING ON CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND WORKING JUST FOR MONEY WILL EXPERIENCE A LOW RATE OF GROWTH COMPARED TO THE FORMER.FOR INSTANCE I HAVE SEEN A CERTAIN GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO IS TIRED OF THEIR JOB EVERYDAY AND JUST WAITS FOR THE DAY TO GET OVER . MOREOVER PEOPLE ARE NOT WILLING TO WORK ,THEY ARE FORCED TO WORK TO EARN A LIVELIHOOD.

TO EXTRAPOLATE , I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT IF A PERSON PURSUES PASSION GENIUNELY THEY CAN BREAK ALL THE BARRIERS AND BE THE BEST VERSION OF THEMSELVES.
