The two advantages of working people in earlier age are gaining job experiences and improving confidence. Firstly, experiencing some practical lessons in the favorite field of young people contributes to improving career proficiency for their future. For example, my father used to believe that my older brother should engage an industry during the vocations, so my brother now is the professional mechanic as he has worked for remarkable time period in my uncle’s garage where numerous vehicles have been repaired. Secondly, as children can have income by choosing job, it will learn them standing on their feet from earlier age. Therefore, being employed enhance young people’s confidence.
However, persuading children to get a job in their free time has also some major disadvantages like mental diseases and fraud. It is true that, children will lose their motivation and life satisfaction, if they work in their leisure time instead of doing leisure activities. As a result, the mental disorders such as depression would be occurred. What is more, since human beings in younger ages are not enough knowledgeable about their rights in workplace, it might yield fraud. For instance, employers might not pay reasonable wage to them and ask them to perform huge number of tasks which they are not capable to perform them. Thus, they could not complain since they do not inform about employees’ rights.
In conclusion, although enticing children to work in their free time can bring about a number of benefits owing to obtain professional experiences and increase confidence, has multiple pitfalls which involve causing depression and fraud.
