Some people argue that most children in the present day have a sedentary lifestyle. In my view, I strongly believe that the mentors such as teachers and parents have responsibility to take care of their students or kids. In this essay, I will discuss about this topic.

To begin with, family is the vital factor impact on teenager’s lifestyle. Initially, youngsters spend their most of time with their parents; therefore, parents have numerous oppuntunities in order to teach their kids how to have good habbits. According to a survey conducted in the UK, 78% children’s habbit start from their family, so the action from family plays the important role to alter teenagers’ bad lifsetyle. Furthermore, because almost kids prefer to do something like their relatives, aldults need to have a healthy lifestyle first. As an illustration, if the seniority in their family do something good, they will argue that it was a culture in their family so that they will follow it.

On top of that, education at school is the second substantial factor. The education system can add more ciriculum with number of outside activities which can help students improve both of their physical health and mental health. In addiction, the teachers need to be a guidance who can tell their students about nutritious food. For instance, school can organise the sports club which has some nutritious experts or coaches.

On the other hand, government also plays a vital role in caring about young generation. Firstly, they can open more swimming pool or gym which can help teenagers keep fit. Secondly, they can limit some fast food store or encourage youngsters stay healthy by some posters. Moreover, some organizations which can give advice or motivate people to have a healthy lifestyle is extremely neccessary.

In conclusion, in order to handle this problem, society especially school, family and government need to pay attention more and give some suitable solutions.
