Teenagers regularly ignore their health until they get stuck in a bad situation, prioritizing their purpose or entertainment rather than well-being. Despite many factors affecting children’s lifestyles, schools or parents are not only responsible for the behavior of young children in terms of legality, but also role in nourishing and shaping manners of living for the youth.

In terms of parents, children who grow up without parents’ supervision usually have harmful lifestyles. In urban areas or big cities where people have to pursue their social positions or simply earn money to cover their living expenses, they do not have much time for family, especially for their kids. As a result, they tend to allow their children to use smartphones or other electronic devices too early compared to their ages, which causes unhealthy lifestyles in teenagers as a wide range of boys are game addicts. The supervision of parents is essential to keep their kids away from toxins and generate a positive surrounding for young children.

In connection with schools, the study environment plays a vital role in shaping the youth’s manners of living because schools are the places where children spend the most time and contact with teachers and peers every day. For instance, after entering high school, I was pressed by my peers’ talent, so I tried my best to get a position in my dream university and not leave myself behind. It demonstrates that if you immerse yourself in a harmful environment, and do not find a way to escape or emerge from it, you may leave behind.

In conclusion, cooperation between schools and parents is necessary to raise and construct a healthy lifestyle in young children, both mental and physical health. Through this essay, hopefully, the youth can put their well-being on top and avoid the trend of unhealthy lifestyles.
