Nowadays, the housing development are becoming more in every where make the area of farmland decreasingly. Absolutely I will say this have a negative impact to environment.
Firstly, phenomenal development significantly increase at this time. We can see, now more big building, public accommodation and luxury house everywhere. Advantages from this make we have a new facilities transportation, health center, and school and house we can buy it. For example, the farm land are broke and they build house for public and people want to buy can come and pay it. Secondly, because majority people want have house from development, make number of people request for house increase which have negatative impact to environment and farmer because farmland slow reducing.
On the other hand, people do not worry to build new house because they can leave in housing development. However more of the people in village must lose their land and workplace. The people will find so many problem for survive in their cities or hard to find food for family. For example when new building will build, logging tree must happen in this area. The effect from this situation can be dangerous for people live around this area.
In conclusion, advantage of housing development can help people have own house without they build from beginning. However so many effect negative from this case to environment. We lose source of income, oxygen, clean water, forest for animals and more pollution make bad impact to human health.
