Many cities around the world are dealt with by critical problems that heavy traffic caused. This essay will discuss first about one of the main reasons that universally face with troubles that traffic caused. Then I will explain the solution of traffic congestion which leads cars to throw the roads out of downtown in order to decrease the number of the cars in the traffic congestions.
In most countries, old cities didn’t design for all years. So by increasing population and cars, roads cannot heighten the need of city dwellers. Take my city’s road as an example for this situation. Although Arak is one of the main industrial city which plays an important role in transportation, narrow roads result in traffic congestion, which put that city to the highest ranked of pollution’s cities.
One solution could weaken the negative effect of traffic is guide the cars to road in highways that will build out of cities, by relocating stores, malls, and build recreational facilities. Northern cities are the great example of this situation that sprawl the citizens and travelers out of cities by locating the residential town in suburban and outskirt.
Overall, while traffic congestion leads the cities to experience crisis, financial and surrounding areas’ problems like air and noise pollution, it is solvable by new highways and suburban.
