Recently, workers’ well-being and mental health have become a priority for several campaigns. There is an argue whether it is an essential concern for companies, or it is only a srategy to thrive their profit and productivy. I personaly believe that it is a way to improve productivities and get more benefits.
On one hand, some people think that businessman should prioritizing their employee’s physical and mental health because it is a compulsory action. This is because when labours join a company, they have become a part of family. Moreover, there is a law that arrange workers’ health at jobs, and if some of them get an accident, then it is a mandatory for campaigns to pay a lot of money for employee’s recovered. As a result, many organisations might choose to focus on labours’ health earlier rather than lose much money on an insurance.
On the other hand, I strongly perceive that prioritizing on both labours’ physical and mental health is a part of marketing strategy to gain more income and increace employee’s productivities. To illustrate, when employees are in their best condition, automatically they will not make a mistake while they work; therefore, companies’ profit can increase. Conversely, if workes are under the weather, they will not do their jobs properly; accordingly, many works can be postponed, and it leads to decline companies’ profit.
To sum up, I briefly say that focusing on labours’ well-being and mental health is a strategy to achieve more benefits and rise workers’ productivities because all employees will do their tasks without make any mistake.
