Numerous nations around the world have an obligation to attend the military service after they finish school, however, some of the countries does not have this type of service available and these countries are considering to extend this service for women too. I strongly agree with this statement, and this essay will discuss about the merits to extend this service to other countries.
To begin with the most promising argument on the positive aspect of having to attend the military service is that, it allows to increase the knowledge of young men and they get to learn a plethora of skills. Furthermore, the countries who have a compulsory military service, it augments the confidence of a nation, thence when they will need military service in the future, they know that they can count on the skills that these young men have received when attending the military service.
Moreover, I believe that this service should be extended to young men ang women too. Many countries do not want to make this service available to women because they believe that they do not have the skills to perform this service, however, it is a service where an individual is there to learn new things, hence, it is crucial that women should get the opportunity to attend this service. Sometimes, the country does not have the resources available to make the service available in the nation, even if they want, they cannot because of the poor authority of the country.
To put in a nutshell, I pen down saying that, the military service should be extended to women’s as well because it can rise the confidence of a country and respect as well. For the countries where this service is not available, government should take action and the responsibility to make this service available in these nations as well.
