It is often argued that many students prefer to study online learning instead of going to face-to-face classes. While, this trend has its set of advantages, there are also drawbacks that must be considered. However, I believe that disadvantages of online classes outweigh the advantages of it.
One of the most significant advantages of online studies is that learners do not need to commute in either in public transports or own vehiles.This is primarily because they can study from their comfort zone.Usually, students spend their more time in traffic on roads over spending on classrooms.As a result in they could save their energy and time easily and able to use in other productive activities.For example, generally students can be seen tired, and sleepy after attending offline classes.while completing homework in home, they could not concentrate properly after a long tired day.This clearly demonstrate that long hour classes, travelling make students fatigue.
However, there are notable disadvantages associated with online learning. Firstly, students could not pay attention in online classes . This occurs because of lack of discipline at home. Normally, learners do not have stress to wake up early in morning, get dresses up for school in online studies. Consquently, technology divert their focus from studies to other activities.For instance, scholars attend their classes on zoom meeting with another students.during class they turn off cameras and mic so that teacher cannot see them.Meanwhile, that scroll down reels on Instagram, and facebook. This example clearly demonstrate that how children use technology appropriately. Moreover, they cannot meet their teachers and peers regularly. This might result in terrible communication because of lack of confidence. Therefore, it is clear that how online learning affects negatively to students performance in class.
To conclude, although online education has benefits such as saves time, energy as do not need to commute to attend classes.Personally, I believe that it is important to consider drawbacks including less concentration in studies, and unable to meet teachers and friends on daily basis.
