A lot of people assume that materials and goods producing should be every countries goal. I am afraid I can’t agree with that idea, because there are too many drawbacks and danger that may appear on the path of bright future.
The most important consideration is our environment, which is already suffering from the behavior of individuals. A clear example of this are unsolved issues that was caused by factories, pollutions and illegal huntings. By this I mean, if country start concentrating on such a thing that will definitely harm ecology, as a consequence, there won’t be any benefits and economic growths. Furthermore, government should not focus only on economic production, as there are other important matters that require proper attention. Impact of education and healthcare plays essential role in improving the overall well being of citizens.
Last but not least, population’s level of happiness is much more necessary, rather than a huge amount of products. We need to consider that economic success does not automatically lead to happiness. Some big countries like China, Japan, Korea with high production levels face issues, such as inequality, stress, and low life satisfaction. In other words, It can negatively affect on people’s quality of life. In order to improve production, workers have to work longer hours, which can cause stress, overworking, and general health. The country may be rich, but people might be unhappy.
Considering all of these factors, the best thing would be to control everything, so every aspect were in balance. We should not put producing materials and goods that high and neglect other important things, such as overall state of the country.
