Citizens think that youngsters must study foreign language especially English language since primary schools. In my opinion, I totally agree because there are a lot of benefits to children and by learning English, students will increase their iq.
Learning English at an early age brings many advantages to children. Also English is an international language, so most people around the world talk or know about it. For example, children that learn English at an early age, when they reach adulthood they can choose to study at an international college in another country that needs to master English as their requirement. Finally, one of the primary reasons is to widen their options to pursue higher education.
Schoolchildren that have a better understanding of English, it helps to enhance their intelligence. Many researchers state the fact that when children learn another language it helps improve their cognitive skills. For instance, when children encounter something new “apple”, they need to think about which object does it mean in their mother language even though they have never heard of it. Hence, it can helps stimulate child’s brain to think about something new and match it.
