Nowadays, due to the diminished educational standards, necessity of better education is being felt more than ever. There are various arguments about the sources of this problem, and in this essay I shall present my points as well as possible solutions for that matter.
First and foremost, it is crucial to appreciate the importance of the key role that teachers play in a high-quality education. In the past time, teachers were assumed as a sophisticated part of society. Nowadays, however, a preponderance of them are struggling with financial challenges since their annual income does not match the importance of their job. Therefore, it is vividly clear that when the lack of sense of appreciation is being felt by a group people they often have a tendency to lose their edge in their career-life. Nonetheless, I believe that issue can be resolved by providing financial incentives for that class of people, and in addition, that may result in luring more qualified people in choosing that career.
Secondly, from my perspective a crucial part of education occurs in individuals’ houses as they attempt to practice their acquired lessons by doing their homework. However, that important factor in process of learning seems to be overlooked since majority of children are being brought up in a parentless environment due to the necessity of double income. Hence, absence of supervision in homes is resulting in substandard education, and that mainly applies in such areas as literacy and numeracy since those subjects require constant guidance more than the others. I believe, that issue also can be solved by providing financial aids for families so the requirement of double income will be eliminated.
By way of conclusion, from my point of view although it is vitally important that the impacts of substandard education to be taken into consideration, it seems that this issue will not be resolved in near future as necessary steps are not being taken. (320 Words)
