For instance, young people tend to hangout in street cafe, if the mobile library can park nearly from that place, it would make them to remember to read books. Furthermore, the government can make a campaign about how essential the activities to our future and then the campaign have to spread for all of the society. Then, the government might help them to understand it clearly about it.
