Some individuals believe that having a healthy lifestyle in the countryside is often easier than urban places, but others argue living in cities brings a number of healthy benefits. In my opinion, in order to have a healthier lifestyle, countryside is the best choice.
On the one hand, there are number of health benefits if you live in metabolism. Firstly, approaching to healthcare systems and living quality become easier and more convenient. Because of the high investment in infrastructures such as hospitals and education contribute to the rase of efficiency technically and products variety. However, overcrowded and pollution, which are two issues you have to face if you live in cities. The rapid increase of population and personal devices and releasing various noise and polluted atmosphere that directly affect the citizen health and environments. In Vietnam, For example, the amount of emissions have released from vehicles and industrial areas make breath diseases a concern for residents.
On the other hand, healthy lifestyle is easer achieve in countryside than cities. In rural area, there are often clear atmosphere stem from forests and less noise due to minimal residents and factories, which suitable for long-term living. It helps people reduce stress, improve physical health, moderate breathing diseases and increase quality of life. Additionally, in unurbanized places, the detrimental wastes often be controlled lead to nutrient soil and clean water. Therefore, approaching with fresh products become easier, eliminate harmful food and also encouraging people to do exercises such as planting and walking.
In conclusion, while cities offer a quality of health care system and varied products, emissions and noise can directly affect to mental and physical health. In my view, rural areas allow people reach healthy lifestyle easier because of the clean living environment.
