Preparing a meal rich in nutrients has been hasty for the current generation to support their balanced diet. This is very common due to extensive working hours as well as inflation being ideally at its crest. In my opinion, this problem can be addressed through meal planning by employers and regular subsidizing by the government to low-income employees.
Preparing food meals could be daunting for several full-time workers as accomplishing their workplace chores is their top priority. Hence, working 40 hours per week as well as managing their expenses could be challenging in a modern-day scenario due to prices of groceries and other necessities going up insanely. Nevertheless, some people take on extra work to fulfill their regular expenses as the cost of living in the present world, exacerbates the livelihood. For instance, most people think of purchasing an inexpensive meal that costs them less than ten dollars, however, these processed food items lack macros and micros nourishments which are essential for the human body. Therefore, the consumption of unhealthy food will adversely affect the functioning of body cells detrimentally.
To enhance the nourishing edibles in their routine a manageable diet plan needs to be followed by individuals. I propose a twofold solution: employers should make arrangements for meals and the government should provide welfare payments to below-average earners or unemployed people. The legislative assembly needs to take bold action by creating norms that would be advantageous for low-income groups. For example, if people get extra money for food or regular food funding, they would be exhilarated to cook food on their own and manage their budget appropriately. Furthermore, enormous corporations have started to invest in the health being of their employees by providing them with lunches containing a plethora of nutrients that our body needs as a result studies show prominent enhancements in the productivity of each member.
To conclude, good health is always proportional to good wealth. Hence, the human anatomy requires a significant amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fats in its diet to maintain the bonafide functioning of an internal and external system. Legitimate regulations will not only ameliorate every worker’s health but also assist companies in having employee satisfaction. This kind of government action is a win-win for everyone, whether they are employed or not.
