In recent years, a growing number of people have reported feeling constantly tired and lacking energy, even in the absence of serious health problems. I believe the main factors contributing to this widespread fatigue are people’s everyday routines, poor sleep habits, and dependence on technology. Both individuals and the government can take effective steps to reduce it.
Many people are spending four to six hours on their phones. Overusing of phone can directly destroy the quality of sleep and daily routine. Moreover, modern technology interferes with concentration on the task because of the different messages from social media as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram. In addition, it has led to going to bed late at night, and it affects on quality of sleep.
To address this problem, both individuals and governments must take responsibility for spreading a healthy lifestyle. On a personal level, people can improve their energy balance by establishing regular sleep routines, limiting screen time before bed, and doing some physical activities to feel tide of energy after a hard day. Simple habits such as taking a small rest at work or a day without gadgets can significantly help to improve daily routine. At the government level, they can reduce work hours and encourage a flexible schedule. By promoting it, people can spend more time with their family or take a normal rest.
In conclusion, constant tiredness in modern society is largely caused by poor sleep habits and overuse of technology, all of which place strain on both mental and physical health. While individuals can improve their routine by following simple things, governments can also help people by taming work hours.
